What about a wiki??

What about setting up the rockstrology database as a wiki? Any ideas on that? If you don't know what a wiki is, this site has some good information (It's "the" wiki of wikis). I don't want to run PHP, the security on it resembles a chain-link fence attempting to hold off a tsunami. Ok, it's not *that* bad, more like "sandbagging" the rising Mississippi in the spring, using chain-link fencing rather than sand bags or concrete blocks. That leaves perl (I'm not getting into the weirder languages). Of the perl wikis, it seems that either Twiki or Kwiki-Wiki are the two most likely contenders. Twiki is designed more for collaborative intranets, and has a bunch of built in features, while Kwiki-Wiki is completely modular, and you add what features you need ala carte by using a plugin system. The PHP wikis have spent more time on interfaces (skins, looking good, etc). But that should be able to be implemented via .css as long as the output is properly parsed. Ok, I'll get away from the technical. But are there any suggestions, or feedback on doing it this way? That makes the database "completely" user maintained, and editors just impose some order/security against malicious attacks.
